Returns Policy for Silicone moulds

Our silicone moulds are custom made for each and every order.

We strive to provide our customers with the highest standard of quality control, however, occasionally defects may occur. If you have a defective mould we will try our best to resolve the problem by replacing that particular mould. 

No returns, exchanges or refunds on our silicone moulds

We do not accept any returns on silicone moulds for any other reason than it being a defective mould. 

Should you have a defective mould please report it to us within 2 days of receipt of your order.

  • Please consider your purchase. We will not refund you if you simply decide you no longer want the item.
  • To Return, Exchange, or Replace Maruti Groups products customers MUST contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
  • No merchandise may be returned to us without prior authorization- please email or call us to notify us of the issue at hand 
  • Please note that courier/postage fees to return the items will be for your own expense 
  • RETURNS FOR REFUNDS: Once the item is returned to us, a refund will be submitted in 7 working days. THIS AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING FEE ORIGINALLY PAID.
  • RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE: Once the item is returned to us, the item you chose for exchange will be calculated subtracting the amount paid for the original item. THIS AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE RE- SHIPPING OF GOODS
  • Items damaged by the client are NOT eligible for return/exchange.
  • Items not properly used or not used for their intended purpose will NOT be eligible for replacement.
  
  
  

Refunds will be finalised within 7 business days provided:

• In its original packaging; and 
• In its original condition

Goods have been altered or damaged in any way
